Nick Cordero attends the 2017 Drama Desk Nominees Reception at Marriott Marquis Times Square on May 10, 2017 in New York City.

The Broadway community will celebrate the life of Nick Cordero, who died on July 5 from COVID-19 complications at age 41, in an exclusive memorial tribute that fans can also partake in.

Broadway On Demand, the new theater-focused streaming platform, will air the ceremony next Sunday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m. ET. Although it's free to watch, donations will be accepted in efforts to benefit the Save The Music Foundation.

His former castmates in A Bronx Tale, Bullets Over Broadway, The Toxic Avenger, Rock of Ages and Waitress are slated to make special performances. The tribute event will also feature photos, videos and commentary from those he grew up with and worked with.

A live concert album from the Tony nominee's one-man show, Live Your Life, is set to be released on Thursday, Sept. 17, which would have been the actor's 42nd birthday. It was filmed in April 2019 at New York’s Feinstein’s/54 Below cabaret.
